At thepoplife.com.au our main goal is to ensure that our customers are happy. If you have any problems with your order please contact us and we'll do our best to sort it out for you.

Delivery

The delivery times provided by thepoplife.com.au are estimates only. Thepoplife.com.au will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, thepoplife.com.au can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Thepoplife.com.au uses Australian Post for all deliveries within Australia. International deliveries are sent via Australia Post registered mail.

Receiving the goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Exchanges

If you decide you would like to exchange your product for whatever reason, please contact us at returns@thepoplife.com.au within 30 days from the date of purchase and you will be sent an email containing instructions on returning the garment. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the new size will be dispatched. Please note that return delivery costs will be met by the customer. The customer will not be charged additional delivery fees for the exchange.

Refunds

We will happily refund your purchase or part of your purchase providing you contact us at returns@thepoplife.com.au within 14 days of the purchase date. The item must be in the same condition you received it in. The item must not be worn/used and include all tags and packaging where applicable.

We reserve the right to inspect all returns for refunds and refuse a refund if we feel the product has been worn or used in any way.

Please note that returned goods will not be accepted without contacting us first.

Return delivery costs will be met by the customer.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty item you must contact us at returns@thepoplife.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods. You will be required to send the item back to us for inspection. Once it is deemed a faulty product you will be offered a full refund or exchange.

Order cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, thepoplife.com.au can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, thepoplife.com.au reserves the right to refuse order cancellation. If an order is cancelled all monies received will be refunded using the method received.

Liability

Thepoplife.com.au is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website.

Thepoplife.com.au reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
